In this video we will discuss what differentiates a META hero and NON-META hero. I will also share an idea I had that can improve ARGUS without turning him into an AUTO-BAN hero. In addition to that, I will also share the steps on how you can submit your own suggestions to the developers.

Terminologies:

BS: Battle Spells are extra abilities any hero can equip. Never forget to check if you have the appropriate BS based on your lineup and the enemy team's lineup. This can only be set up prior to the game which is during the draft pick/preparation phase.

CC: Crowd Control is the act of disabling heroes. (Stun, Slow, Silence, Root Etc.)

Objectives: Jungle Objectives such as the Turtle, Lord, etc. This also includes Turrets, and of course, the opposing team's base.

Camping: The act of hiding and attempting to Gank a hero multiple times with the intent of preventing its growth.

Freeze/Lane Freezing: Act mostly done on the Side lanes to prevent over-exposure. Mostly done during the earlier stages of the game, or when enemies aren't visible in the mini-map.

Carry: Can be any hero with the potential of flipping the sides of the coin in battle, or in other words, carrying an entire team to victory!

MM/ADR: Marksmen also known as Attack Damage Ranged, are usually squishy heroes with low to minimal survivability which has the potential to carry the entire team, especially in the late game if fed enough. Normally farms dominantly on the lane.(Bottom Lane)

Assassin/ADC: Attack Damage Carries also known as Assassins are usually squishy but with high mobility, these heroes also have the potential to carry the entire team. Unlike MMs though, most if not all Assassins are melee. Normally uses the Jungle as a farming area as opposed to laning.

Offlaner: Usually are fighters or even tanks with good minion sweeping potential and high sustain and survivability. Though not the norm, some offlaners are known to have the potential to carry an entire team. Dominates the Top Lane.

Tank: High HP pool, high resilience, and survivability are the qualities of a Tank. Normally sacrifices itself for the Core Hero(es).

Support: Extremely versatile heroes which can either have high survivability, or hard CC, usually with skills able to empower a number of heroes with buffs, heals, etc.

on my opinion they could just give his first or second an armor break just like zilong 2nd and dyrroth 2nd so that argus can burst better in the early to late game because having enemies that has basic defense is quite annoying sometimes and also if only they can give argus ult to have an extra immunity towards debuffs (while active only)

btw, I think the reason that they made him immune to slow effect is because I asked about making him faster during his ult. btw I think that maybe he should regain the old cc resilience and changing his ult passive from an additional 10 atk boost per level to maybe an additional 5% penetration boost per level

Ngl, if only Argus have more power to burst down spell Vamp/ semi tank fighters, he will be powerful. Another thing that I want Moonton to make a little adjustment to his ult, it would be good if Argus's ult state is also similar to a tower where when lifesteal reliant can't get so much lifesteal on him while on ult state. In many cases, the only reason why they survive against him is because of how they can just lifesteal the heck out of him or even with spell Vamp. It would be good if his ult have a 1-2 seconds immune to cc when casted

the only thing stopping argus from getting a major adjustment is his ult. allow me to explain:

his ult is busted, you cant kill him but he can kill you. The only thing that counters it is cc and even then argus can just go purify and make it irrelevant. his ultimate is not like trynda where he can still be killed (trynda doesnt even have 100% damage dealt heal) and it doesnt help that its a low ass cooldown ultimate. thats why moonton has been careful not buffing argus because buffing him would make alot of heroes go to irrevelancy. Why pick zilong when theres argus who can do all he can do but he has immortality.

people who moan about him should acknowledge that argus doesnt need major buffing, its their skills that need major buffing (ahem ahem charge forward and fear nothing mentality)

They can even give his ult full cc immunity or cc reduction at least, his skill2 def reduction or his passive hp base dmg and he still won't be op or other simpler buffs like ult duration scaling with lvl 4-6 seconds or bright back an improved version of his old passive mechanic

Been spamming since I got the S27 skin, and I've optimised my Build on argus, abusing the golden staff, dhs, corrosion combo, it doesn't have that high burst dmg output but still pretty decent

Quite sad the new talent system update got remove cuz argus will be good enough to use the talent that reduce skill cd by half if use ult.

His mobility will enhance greatly and yes he need more mobility in attacking enemies in group

Swift boots
DHS
Corrosion Scythe
Windtalker
Berserker's Fury / Golden staff
Maelific Roar

BF for less tanky lineup
GS for more tanky lineup

Additional items- Sea Halberd, BoD

Moonton just did argus dirty he revamped him just to nerf him bro still by far the old argus is still the best compare today i know there is lots of good things on current argus like his first skill has more longer dash to catch up enemies and his second can make enemies bleed but its still nothing to the old one you can get a savage on that old one easily ive haven't gotten a savage by argus by almost 3 years now hahaha if i was using the old one i can get a maniac just by mid game and even tho the old one has low damage in early he still can repay it back in late games and the old one has much faster attack speed just by using scarlet phantom and wind talker but now current one you need windtalker, scarlet phantom, demon sword and corrion sycte just to get the same amount of speed just like the old one im not trying to be cocky when i said i can get a maniac just by mid game im just saying what ive experience on playing the old argus for almost playing him for 7 years now.

I think he need penetration like zilong and more attack speed for example give his secend skill pen like zilong first skill and decrease his passive bouns i think and more attack speed growth. I suggest it alot but they don't care. I lost my hope. Thats like they hate argus but i try help you maybe i can help you

I've using argus *alot*
If you want to try recommend some builds for me I'll gladly accept.. right now I use this build:

• Magic shoes - CD Reduction.
• Corrosion Scythe - due to buff that can help argus in early.
•Scarlet phantom - For crit and Pair great for berserker.
• Berserker fury - Mmhm Damage.
• Malefic roar - Armor penetration and because physical damage don't scale that much to me anymore.
• Demon hunter - Fite me hylos.

Assassin Emblem
• CD Reduction - Pairs with shoes for 30%
• Physical Penetration - Explains itself
• High and Dry - Although I like the speed of killing spree, I'm more into ambushing some good ol' MnM and Mages.
