Borat was never even shot in Kazakhstan. It was shot in a Romani village in Romania which is two seas away from Kazakhstan. 😅

I was in Kazakhstan a few days ago. It was probably my 4th time there and I had my last dinner there in the same restaurant in this video (Auyl). It was the best Shashlik I've ever had!! It's such an amazing country and extremely underrated. Thanks for the cool video!

I just came home to Sweden from kazakhstan, it's one of my favourite trips in my life so far, so underrated, it's safe, people are super nice, it's relatively cheap, great nature, great food, Astana and Almaty are very clean. The only downside is that very few people can communicate in English but as the country is rapidly developing and tourism increasing I'm confident that will change in the near future

I would like to explain a little about horse meat. Many Westerners will think that how can you eat horse meat? In Kazakhstan there are two types of horse meat: for racing and specifically for food. and I’ll tell you horse meat is the most environmentally friendly meat. our horses graze in the steppes, eat wormwood and are not sick with chemicals.
