Thanks for the whole normalising therapy thing! I owe my life to it. I too studied psych but ended up dropping out of honours because mental illness got in the way. I've also done some family therapy (just my mum) and it's crazy how much more supportive family can get once they understand things.

I LOVE Vegemite on Crumpets.... Anything really lol ... Vegemite, Just Butter, Peanut Butter or Honey BUT my all time fav is Strawberry Jam on Crumpets.... You can't beat Jam but Vegemite is my second fav! 💕
