It’s sad how more and more people keep getting divorced. I talked to an 85 year old woman who said communication and being nice to one another is how you make it work. They have been married for over 60 years.

I saved up and paid cash for my house. Don't let anyone say it can't be done. I moved back in with my Mom when I graduated from college and helped out as much as I could around the house and worked as much O.T. as I could and I also sold my really expensive pickup truck that was already paid off. Don't take out a loan. It disconnects your time from money. Money is always more precious to you and harder to part with, when you look back at how much sweat and blood and time and lack of sleep you put into making it. Then you don't let people make you over pay for stuff. Remember you only get ripped off if you let people rip you off.

If she teaches she should advertise tutoring. Lots of parents are willing to pay for tutoring to help their kids in their struggling areas in school.

Yes my cousin brought at 1400 sq feet house in Benson NC for $140K with 1/2 acre land! It’s beautiful & good price! I know she said $50K house but anything’s possible!!!
