I've also been using the method with the staple and cardstock. I will try this. Seems like such a quick and easy solution. I store mine by color family in thoroughly washed plastic jars that previously held catnip for my fur babies!

That's a great tip! I cut mine into 8 pieces. Then I cut a piece of scrap card stock, write the color name on it, fold it in half, place on top of the sponge, staple it in place. That's how I make my "handle". :) I love your idea about the mini binder clips though! TFS ~ Pat (fellow demonstrator)

A very timely tip.  I was planning on dealing with my new sponges today.  Thanks for sharing.

I like the mini binder clips as they work great and it gives you a larger area to hold onto them.  The staples didn't work so good for me.  One other think I do to keep the ink from getting all over, I wash them out with mild soap when I am done so I don't need to worry about storing in dividers.  Thanks for sharing your tips.

I like the clip idea, but I started using spring loaded clothes pins.  Yes, I know that they are larger than the clip, but I dab the end of the clothes pin onto the ink pad and write with a fine tip black marker the color.  It works great for me so and  I store them all in a box.  When the time comes that they need to be washed, I use dish soap, let dry well and clip back onto pin.    Thanks for all your Tuesday tips.  They are so appreciated.

That was fun, but where do you store these sponges when your finished with them.  In a box, oh my god, ink all over my fingers going through the box.  What do you do with them?
