B.C. government wary despite $5 billon surplus

that carbon tax helped the cook the books. anyone who pays taxes and is not a goverment employee, collecting welfare or socail services knows your numbers are fn cooked, when you take a hand out from the federal government then claim how grand everything is you should give your head a shake or stop with the drugs your consumed. nobody in their right mind will buy into this bs. quarter reports only gives a small picture when you look at the hole year things are much worse.
