I forgot what the tool was called to measure hz but has anyone confirmed these tones are correct? I've heard of some false pure tone videos that were set to get put out strictly as disinformation if you will

I'm sorry but this is too jarring on my brain. Trying to heal a trauma brain injury. I find really low frequencies helps my brain. I'm not complaining about this just letting you know. I appreciate your work though
