Making something like curry or pot roast as a meal prep and eating something easy, like pizza, means I only get the best version of the stew and I get a little treat as a reward for prepping.

I just recently used noodles in our curry and it was a game changer. I used those vacuum sealed fresh noodles and I usually just let sit in boiling water for 1min to break the noodles up. We added when the curry was done cooking but I really should've just put the noodles in longer to soak up some of the curry.

That's why I like going to Indian buffets more than ordering off menu, the flavors are usually way more developed in the buffet batches. Also unlimited naan.
