Granted, this video is at least 8 months old. Still, it’s jarring to see Ukraine on the list as #10. Right now even Ukrainians are trying to leave the country. I think the malicious warfare initiated by Putin has sadly bumped Ukraine off this “best-of” list for the time being. How I wish that was not the case. I’m hoping that the conflict will end, and that someday soon Russia and its neighboring countries will be free of abuse from Putin.

Great video Skerry. Just quick correction on the Montenegrin CBI program. The minimum investment in an approved project in the North of the country is €250k plus a €100k donation to the government. On the coast, the investment rises to €450k plus the donation. It’s predicted that due to potential EU accession in 2025 or earlier, the program will end December 2021. Investments in the North have been extremely popular as they give a much lower entry price and some investors are using this opportunity to buy other properties in the open market for investment purposes.
