This is a cover of the 1979 Pink Floyd mega hit “Another Brick In the Wall” .
A thought about doing a cover. There is no way I could replicate the sound of Pink Floyd on my keyboard. They have three great guitar players, a great drummer, a great keyboard player and dozens of backup singers. A cover is not an attempt to match exactly the sound of an original hit. A cover is simply another variation of a song, and nothing more. Covers go all the way back to the 17th century, when composer, such as Mozart, would compose a song, and title it “ A variation on the theme of….” and then name some great pieces music that he was composing his theme on.
I am playing this song on my Yamaha Tyros 5 keyboard. I am using a custom style created specifically for just this song. I am using the “Chorus Choir” harmony effect on my voice. No MIDI and no pre-recorded music was used in this video.
