I wouldb't be surprised if Obama was the last of the previous "normal" for the presidency. Maybe I'm wrong and this won't age well but I can see Biden's approval holding about as steady as Trump's except in reverse, obviously. Partisanship heavily decides what a president's approval rating will be. Biden's 51% might not be high but it's pretty good if all Democrats are on board and the Republicans who didn't vote for him anyway are kind of on board even if mostly against.

National approval rating doesn’t matter anymore. What matters is the approval rating in Wisconsin. Whoever wins Wisconsin will win the presidency and probably the majority of house. Senate control is determined by what happened in Wisconsin in the past 6 years.

I don't trust polls, but Rasmussen always proves most accurate. Daily poll on Friday joe 50% approve 48% disapprove, sometimes the other way around... 30% 'strongly' approve, 39% 'strongly' disapprove, negative index 9 points. With people who feel strongly he's always under water.

Nate Silver’s credibility is IN THE TANK after the last two presidential elections. I don’t give much weight to any OPINION he has to offer. He’s better at making excuses (which is what he’s done the last 5 yrs) and trying to HEDGE his predictions than he is at accurately predicting outcomes.
