I agree wholeheartedly with you about having the "drivers car;" which would be a rear wheel drive plus the manual. One could never make full use of a car like this except for on a race track, so you should be able to make the most of your driving experience, which is something you just can't do with an automatic transmission! Even a good soldier doesn't have his rifle mode set to automatic in order to make the most of every round!

Huge Porsche guy too, but this might be one of my favorite current hyper cars right now. NA V10 is king in F1 and here as well. We are seeing their final chapters, which in a bummer, just like it was in F1. Great job MM!

Does it get any better than watching MotoMan get that Cheshire Cat grin while the car gets sideways! You have the best job ever! The manufacturers of these exotics (Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Maserati, Audi, Mercedes etc...)should give the option of a manual transmission....it’s what driver’s want period, the company’s know they will get buyers without question!

More Lamborghini on the show please and grazie! This car really works in this setup, but as always, you are right about needing a manual transmission as an option. I love Porsche as well, but there’s just something about Italian exotic sports cars that I just can’t resist. Kudos to the boss for booking the first of hopefully many more Lamborghinis’ on the show.

So question. Why do you prefer the paddles on the column, vs the wheel? I'd think that on the wheel you can shift easier while exiting a turn. Curious as to the logic.
