iPhone 16 Pro Max 4 Months Later | Long Term Review

The iPhone 16 Pro Max has been out for about 3 to 4 months now, and I think that’s a perfect time to take a quick look and give it a thorough review. I’ve been using it every day since it came out, so I figured I should share my thoughts on Apple Intelligence, Camera Control, and all of the other features that the iPhone 16 Pro Max has to offer.

The 15 Pro Max was the perfect phone to upgrade to (with USBC). The next upgrade should be when Apple Intelligence starts giving us something actually useful, probably around the iPhone 18 Pro Max.

The best Apple Intelligence feature is the writing tool. The feature works very well in the notes app.

Wish once the camera is open only touch on the camera control button snaps the photo. Clicking it shakes the whole phone.

Went from 13 pro max to 16 pro max. Don’t even notice a difference. Tried apple intelligence a little. Still very much a beta. I’ve had iPhone since the iPhone 3G and might have to try the galaxy fold next time

Apples 2 new features, apple intelligence and camera control are the most useless features of the iPhone 16 series

Action button also could turn on camera apps, don't always promote that wow function on camera control please, remember there are so many ways could open camera apps even in the Lock Screen mode

16 pro is my first iPhone after years of galaxies lol, glad for the simplicity of use and overall probably my second favorite device next to the Galaxy S9 lol, I would trade all the AI for the Galaxy S9 and that wrap around screen with todays cameras inside lol
That’s what the iPhone 16 pro is for me, I don’t use the AI other than photo clean up.

Although with iOS 18.2 the 30sec night mode photos now seem to have a lot of blue noise when in very low light, where it should be black in tue photo and into the scene there is now some blue mess. How they take it away I don’t know why they would add that in the update lol idk that’s my only complaint

Really good video. No doubt the 16P and 16PM are great devices, but having a 15PM. For the first time I did not see anything to upgrade for. Those devices are too similar.

Bro is there any touch sensitivity issues like while typing.Is there any issue with refresh rate my device is feeling slow when removing recently used apps and while scrolling and I have seen forums where the iPhone was working on 80hz. Are you facing these issues??
