Start you morning with a turmeric lemon ginger shot, it will make you feel great (maybe not the first second, but after that you should be fine)⚡️

Ingredients (1 big jar)
15g fresh turmeric
100g fresh ginger
1 lemon, peeled
4-6 cups water (depending on how strong you want it)

Instructions:
1. Wash the ginger and turmeric (peel if you want to, but you don't have to). You do have to peel the lemon!
2. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Strain and enjoy!
