Intel Hardware Accelerated Execution Manager (HAXM) uses hardware accelerated virtualization engine that speeds up Android Emulation in a host machine. Without it the Emulator is supposed to run painfully slow as if it isn't already slow enough. Android Studio shows an error dialog with message Intel HAXM is required to run this AVD when it is not installed in your PC.

Hello, just want to sharing my experience with this problem.
When you already installed/updated the HAXM in the SDK manager, it won't solved the problem right?

In my case, it becaused i turned the Core Isolation in the Windows Defender option. It prevent softwares to inserting malicious code into high-security processes, which is causing Android Studio can't run Emulator or Reading a real Phone.

Currently i am using Windows 10, so if you've got the same case like me follow these steps:

Open Windows Defender > Device Security > Core isolation details > See if the Memory Integrity turned Off/On.

Hope it helps
