Well the core of Flutter is a variant of the Schema rendering engine making it able for anything with a screen to hypothetically run a Flutter app but instead of Java and using a VM; skia interprets your flutter apps into low-level binaries that can run right in the hardware like C++

Edit: name of engine credit Simranpeet

Apple will definitely find a way to block flutter apps for iOS!
If u learn flutter, use it only for Android apps.
For example, U can’t use MapKit and other advanced iOS api. I’ll make basic apps.

I'm in love with flutter. Using it and tensor flow to make a app right now.

I'd like to see a repo for a flutter firestore project that will compile and run cleanly using current plugin releases.

Kilo, I have tried flutter when it was released, and I’m curious what do you think about developing UI in flutter? I had so bad experience that I gave up. Personally I hate that nested type of coding. In Swift I can make decent Login page in 10 minutes, on the other hand, making the same page in flutter took me 1 hour, so it’s really frustrating. Honestly I don’t follow flutter anymore, so will bi there some improvements? Cheers!

I think the code-breaking changes are kind of worth it because it's a short turn problem for long-term resolution and honestly even if you have a huge app your code is in going to take that long to fix

Kilo, I am interested in Flutter for mobile app development, but first I would like to equip myself with thorough training in the Dart
Programming language. Can you recommend a book or a book in pdf form that I can use to get up to speed on Dart? I downloaded
a pdf file which gave me a good start but stopped short of any discussion of anonymous functions, for example. I just want to be
thoroughly prepared with Dart before I tackle Flutter. I plan to watch some videos but I would love to have something in book form
that I can read at my convenience. Let me know. Thanks.

Great video, do you think in coming years, flutter will replace native iOS/Android jobs 🥴

I've spent two days installing Flutter on Linux. I cant make hot reload run on VS code. I am eager to start coding on it but I have yet to figure how to make the hot reload work. Frustrating. Very painful installation.

Yo sup Kilo Loco, I loved your tutorials with Swift and am a big fan. I would love to see a few tutorials especially on mapping, geofencing notifications, alerts(if the got some stuff) how it connects to mysql, firebase. I have been coding a few apps with flutter and truly love how quick I get things done. So if you bring out a course please can you include the above mentioned features. I do enjoy Kotlin too and that might be an area for you to focus on too. The other problem with flutter is that it only creates 2D apps for 3D Swift and Kotlin are still boss. Have tyou taken a look at Scade.io for developing Android apps with Swift??

I'd bet my money on JavaScript PWAs with a SPA architecture alongside WebAssembly before betting on Flutter. I don't think I've met one Dart programming in my life yet. Mind you, I like in NYC.

Flutter is cool for sure! But there are no jobs and it runs on Dart, which is not an overly popular and groundbreaking language at the moment. Kotlin on the other hand is overtaking 100% of Android development and the multiplatform projects are starting to break ground. It's an even much better approach than Flutter using shared code but leaving the UI's 100% native, not pseudo native. Let's face it, Java is everywhere, Kotlin will be replacing it and it's 100% compatible. But hey, for the small shops Flutter will eventually be a viable choice for some cross platform solutions.
