The Cincinnati Zoo's baby hippo Fritz finally met his sister Fiona in the zoo's first step in introducing the two superstars. The zoo is slowly introducing the two before they live comfortably together in Hippo Cove with their mom, Bibi.

I love how Bibi gives Fritz a little nudge towards Fiona in the beginning, but then places her head on top of him protectively so Fiona knows mama is watching 😅

He's curious but still a little afraid, big sister looks pretty big to him right now, lol. It was cute to see Bibi laying her muzzle atop Fritz as if to tell Fiona little Fritz was off limits

I can definitely see a little sibling rivalry here, the way Fritz is backing away from Fiona.
Bibi: Fiona, dear, this is your baby brother.
Fritz: Wow, you're big and fat!
Fiona: Yeah? Watch it or I'll sit on you, ya little twerp!
Fritz: Eeek!
