Scout is a homeless man living in the streets of TeuFort. He mostly make money by trading trash and other stuffs, especially the ones with golden tickets, but most of the time people only take the stuff without giving him money in return.

After multiple people took his stuff and not getting any money, he wondered why he never tried to find a job? Then he remembered the time he had an actual job at Willy Drunka's Scrumpy Factory. His days in the factory are some of the worst days in his life, the stench of trash, sewage and scrumpy, all of the other workers and Scroompa Loompas (all of them are Demomens except for the Scout) aren't friendly at all and most of them either fighting or get drunk all the time, and Willy the owner most of the time just standing there, thinking everything's normal. It happens everyday from morning to the time they went home.

Scout remembered why he took a job there, he found the golden ticket to the factory then applied there as a worker and he's still keeping it to this day. He decided to forget everything that happened there by eating the ticket and then drink some scrumpy to swallow it easily.

He went to business as usual trying to sell his scrumpy bottle he just drank for money. He met a demoman who took the bottle, he looked at Scout for a few seconds, wondering why he still offered his hat, he left without giving money. Disappointed he didn't get any money, he watched the street and the wacky stuff people do around it, waiting anyone to pass.

Having nothing left to offer, he just simply begging for money to passerbies, two person passed and they refused to give him money. He wondered if he should start looking for a job again, repeating the process.
