I noticed you scaled all independent variables but not the dependent. The example of your dependent variable is rather particular. What if the independent variable is something like revenue, and is continuous, should it be Scalerized (or Normalized) or only do the independent variables?

Why have you used .fit_transform() for train data but .transform() for test data? Also here in my system im not getting same result as you when using .transform(x_test)
