Y’all know how the music industry and the media are — J Lo is damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t make a statement about her relationship with Diddy. They will initially charm you, trick and trap you just to enslave you in an abusive cycle of trauma bond. 🥺

I wish we were all taught in school about the dangers of NPD and that you never trust anybody who hasn’t earned your trust. Stay away from overly charming men. Always run a background check on people you date and watch what they do with their phones AND how they treat service staff, older people and pets. Many leave double lives. This is serious!
