LA Mayor Karen Bass demanded her fire department cut an extra $49 million just ONE WEEK before wildfires broke out .

They literally caught a man with a blow torch trying to start a fire....and still said they didn't have "sufficient evidence" to charge him with arson...but come out after 6 p.m...and ya thuu!
