Some of you are getting stuttering and suddenly low FPS because of your fan and heating problem. If your laptop is heating, then make sure to not block your fan. Some laptop have option to increase the speed of fan, you should alway play on overpower fan speed.

Wow it worked my chrome was consuming 50% cpu so I uninstalled it and installed brave and now my gtav runs constant 60 fps on high settings

Your 1st method worked man.
My specs. are:
Processor- i7-10700k
Graphics- UHD630
Ram- 8gb 3200mhz
Motherboard- msi z490 gaming edge wifi

Before, it was stuttering on 10 minutes of gameplay.

But for best experience i would recommend 16gb ram and a good cpu cooler.
