Hi, Then what you mean is that there is not a lease in a Tenancy at will?

This one is a tough one because even though the tenant is being billed monthly, there actually is no exact period of time unless there is an exact time the tenant have to be out for demo. On the other hand if the lease is actually being continued "month to month" as usual just until demo day. That's different and not stated. Personally I would never allow a tenant to stay open ended till a demo day. It would be "period tenancy" for me as I want reserve the right to evict if needed. Almost impossible with a Tenancy at Will agreement.
