Well this game IS a successor to the SWAT series where if you shoot your own, they will turn on you. It's been that way since SWAT 3 in 1999.

I play this game and what happens is that when you friendly kill 2 bots on your team, your teammates immediately kill you and they don’t follow your orders anymore.

Edit: It’s now if you kill one then your team kills you.

These feels like a scene in a movie, where the corrupt SWAT member takes this opportunity to get rid of his squadmates, probably to stop them from meddling in the business of the crime boss that’s paying off that corrupt SWAT member, only for the remaining squadmates to neutralize him, since they’ve been putting the pieces together and they realize that he was corrupted all along, kind of like “The Departed” lol.
