What is if/else in C Programming?
If the Boolean expression evaluates to true, then the if block will be executed, otherwise, the else block will be executed. C programming language assumes any non-zero and non-null values as true, and if it is either zero or null, then it is assumed as false value.
In computer science, conditional statements, conditional expressions and conditional constructs are features of a programming language, which perform different computations or actions depending on whether a programmer-specified boolean condition evaluates to true or false.
The ability to control the flow of your program, letting it make decisions on what code to execute, is valuable to the programmer. The if statement allows you to control if a program enters a section of code or not based on whether a given condition is true or false.
