Unofficial doesn't mean it is insecure or unstable. Unofficial simply means the rom is not patched by official team members , which is usually done by devs who want to make their own flavor or want to join the main team.

Sometimes unofficial builds are equal or more stable and featurefull than official ones.

I last used a custom ROM in 2016 I guess. I started using custom ROMs in 2010, when I had a Sony W8. My last try was when I brunched Cyanogenmod Lollipop for my Taoshan (Xperia L). It was my first and last try. Yes, it's good to see where Lineage OS (formerly CyanogenMod) is now, after being the official OS provider for OnePlus for a couple of generations.

I remember flashing ROMs on my old Xperia X8 back in the day I loved coming in from work and downloading ROMs Gingerbread then Jellybean & Ice-cream amazing days then I got a new Samsung & bricked it first day I couldn't believe it untill I found Odin & just reflashed it I thought all this was dead but now I no it's not I'm gonna buy myself a nice Xiaomi handset from eBay & start flashing again I love all this tech stuff lineage os 20 looks fkn great 😃

Lineage OS devices will not get all the android 14 pixel exclusive features like Ai wallpapers and others. Maybe through a 3rd party app but not out of the box. Also the unlimited storage in google photos was only Pixel 1/2/3 exclusive so not even the newer pixel devices have that.
Edit - If this rom has unlimited storage moded into it then google will recognise it as a google pixel 2/3 device.

I have downloaded this rom and installed on my redmi note 10 pro & it works just fine but just few bugs like bluetooth connection not wokring properly there is delay and lag. I am waiting for an offcial rom. The kernel Su is not wokring in this, is there a chance we will get an andriod update in future? Thank you.

Hi sir, I am using moto g42 and in XDA there is lineage os 20 to download. So can I get Android 14? And This phone has 60hz refresh rate. Does this rom really make it 120 hz or not? I don't like pixel launcher or lineage inbuilt launcher so can I install moto launcher again? Pls tell me
