To make a long story short; The last decade I have not been living in faith. I was lost. Still believed in god but was angry with him after losing loved ones and I was not honoring him at all. In a moment of great pain I put him to the test once again and opened my Bible randomly. 1 Timothy 4 is the first thing I saw. Gods mercy and patience with us is astonishing. These things 20:30 are good when done with balance. I get great value in my faith from fasting and not worrying about my flesh so much. Trust in the Lord, have faith, read your Bible, study your Bible, fast if you are able, and Pray! Prayer is so powerful and you are working in God’s army when you do so.

One of my all time questions: the difference between the conscious that God put in all of us and the Holy Spirit-which is also given. Seeing my conscious checks the BAD (and good) but the Holy Spirit seems to only deal with good? Still seeking understanding 💕

Coming from a pre-millennial view of eschatology, in verse 4 where it says “to abstain from foods which God created to be received with Thanksgiving...” I wonder if that could be in reference to the movement from the global government to destroy the meat industry and promote plant based and bug based foods.
