In November 2010 during a training session 48 year Roald Bradstock was filmed doing a standing throw with a 800g javelin. The throw was measured at 64.02m but what was more impressive was the release velocity that has been calculated at just under 70mph! The positions he gets into and out of durinig this throw show his unique strength, flexibility and technical ability.

how do you know its the fastest? how do you know its speed in the first place? why do you always say your throws or lifts are the strongest or farthest or fastest in the world? Can you not comprehend the amount of elite athletes that do these feats but much much faster, stronger, farther and with more integrity (emphasis on humbleness)?
