You won't even see the end of the talents careers cause the time limit is 15 years

I started a West Bromwich Albion career mode without Financial Takeover, and the experience is actually pretty good if you play career mode properly. I'm the type of person who doesn't simulate all my games (except for 2nd tier teams in the FA/League Cup) and I play every game.
One thing I recommend doing is changing your Wage and Transfer Budget ratio to increase your transfer/wage budget.
If you're looking for a young and talented right-winger, scout Jeremy Doku, I'm pretty sure his original pace is 90.
A good CDM is Gudelj from Sevilla, he is 29 years old and costs around 20m, and if you want a fast RB, Mbabu from VfL Wolfsburg is a good choice with 90 pace.
For one season, you can sign Gianluigi Buffon for $1 (seriously), but you can't use him for long as he is really old and you should always have your back-up goalkeeper.

I swapped all the big clubs to the premier league. Now every game is a good one. All the clubs i swapped out eventually sign big players and even make CL better. Im on the fourth season and aguero plays for west ham in La liga, Pogba and sterling play for Napoli in seria a, etc. Big clubs grow players rather than buy them. It's a pretty fun way to play imo

I have a super random manager in my career, not the guy created. If i go to edit manager, it’s the guy I created it in there. But in all the cutscenes it’s this bald random guy though. Is there a way to fix this?

I have taken Brighton and turned them into a mix of UK and American players. I managed to get Pulisic and Altidore. And I have realigned them Prem as well

Quick note if you do a 10 million pound takeover it gives you an extra 10 million pound on top of the starting budget NOT a starting budget of 10 million

It's the first game I bought since fifa 15... I've been boycotting since. However, I saw many of the old ps2 features and I bought the game.... I got sacked cos the board didn't agree with the worth of a contract renewal that I made with a player.... seriously???
