Recipe:

2Lbs boneless thick pork ribeye meat chopped in squares
6 chiles guajillos
2 Chile Ancho
1 Chile de Arbol for spice
4 garlic cloves
2/4 onion
2 bay leaf
1 Tsp Oregano
1/8 Tsp Thyme
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Chicken bouillon or salt
Grounded black Pepper to taste
Orange peel
1 Tbsp Lard to fry
1/2 cup Water (to first cook pork)
I used 2 1/2 Cup water total for sauce
