Doing OMAD does not stress me out. I feel very relaxed. Every time I get on that scale, I breathe a sigh of relief!

You have to stress the body if you wanna improve and progress, as with exercise as with food.
Dr Fung, that was on point!

"You don't see anybody saying oh nobody should exercise"

Jason has been talking about this for years and has REAL LIFE experience with monitoring fasting programs. He gets more credibility.

I love when people try to say it's "not sustainable"...if you are severely overweight um....you'll be fine. Speaking from experience here. Jason Fung completely changed my life and my relationship with food.

Being obese puts too much stress on the body!!! I've lost 102 lbs doing IF and I have no plans to stop even at goal...I will use it to manage my weight and health! Got off of high blood pressure meds doing IF. It seems as if most doctors want us to stay unwell so that they can keep raking in the dough...some of us are smarter than that!!!

I used to be an emotional eater, after doing a few fasts, I feel much better.

We tend to forget that we stress out the body by eating junk foods, cookies, fast foods, sugar, and all types of unhealthy foods we put into our body, so think about that when you judge this diet. This is more like a kick start, not something you do for the rest of your life.

Intermittent fasting and OMAD (one meal a day) is the best thing you can ever do for you body! Especially when adding a keto diet to it! I’ve been doing it for 2 years. I’m 44 and I’m in the best shape of my life, completely fit, healthy, and full of energy, I don’t even require that many hours of sleep to feel completely rested, dreams are super vivid!

I am a 38 year old female. Been on OMAD for a little over a month. So far, no added stress that I have noticed. I’m enjoying my workouts every day. I’m eating healthy and between 1200-1600 calories.

Dr fung is right ! been doing Omad for 3 weeks now, and I’m still able to do hiit workouts and actually better then when I’m eating 3 square meals 🤷🏻‍♀️. All in all I feel a whole lot better and more energized

Doctor Jason Fung is a Man of truth! Not concern about money but purely wisdom and experience!!!
When doctors says "talk to your doctor" what its actually saying is dont listen to Jason Fung because the majority of the doctors are behind with medicine and blind and not interested in helping people. Maybe a little bit but close minded people. Why? Money, all about money!

So much respect with Dr Jason Fung.
Its a tough world and carrer to be in but he stands for the truth. God bless you Dr Fung!

If you’re eating low carb or keto, OMAD is easy and not stressful for most people. If you run on glucose, that’s a whole different story

I did this for 4.5 years, five days a week before it was an acronym. And I went from 180 pounds very quickly to 150 where I pretty much stayed. Thing is, I'm six feet tall and looked (and probably was) underweight.
When I got off this regimen and began eating two meals a day my weight quickly shot up and surpassed my original 180 to over 210 pounds. Which is where I am right now at two meals a day.
The reason I'm here is, I've decided to go back to OMAD to lose that extra weight, and now that I know it's a thing albeit with attendant cons, I figure the weight loss benefit, for now is worth it.
