I love your ideas! And even if I'm not a fan of multi-story houses, I think you've solved it wonderfully again. Sleeping, cooking, cooling, toilet, showering, washing clothes, a bit of storage .. as always, almost everything is considered. Heating (depending on the area) can be designed individually. Only one thing: flat roof and no rain gutter .. Only works where it never rains ;-) Best regards!

Very attractive design. My only observations are that I would not survive without a bathroom on the same floor as the bedroom, and there is a serious shortage of storage (i.e. no closet or dresser in the bedroom). I would put the full bath upstairs (including the cloths washer) and a simple toilet downstairs with the desk.

Such great usage of space! I can totally imagine myself living here. The sofa downstairs can be a sofa bed for guests too.

By far, one of the best designs.
The most sense with the entry, walk between TV & sofa.
Pull out bed from under a raised floor space/platform on first floor if you don't want stairs.

this is really small and suitable for young couple or single working people as rental house. i can see this kind of house can be build at community area environment site
