For the ones who are confused basically a girl/me overheard two girls talking about the prom tonight, so she assumed that the party theme was white. But in reality people wanted to wear black, so they showed up in black to be the odd ball. But turns out, everyone was thinking the same thing, and since she overheard the girls, she wore white. So The people who are in black who purposely try to stand out, The girl in white became the odd one by accident.
