Today I’m showing a couple classic mount escapes: the bridge and roll and knee & elbow.

Although basic and fundamental they are not always “easy” to hit. I add in a few details like the ‘chop & drop’ & ‘exorcist head spin’ to hopefully help these escapes become more successful!

And remember, first try doesn’t always work. Use these moves in combination for best results.

Thanks for the vid! One question: I've never seen someone use the gable grip to frame the hips from bottom mount before. Usually the palms of both hands are facing the same hip to push. It's a really cool detail! Why do you do it that way? Is it because it makes it easier to get the elbow between their thigh and your body? Thx again :)
