I feel bad about the ones on kickoffs. I used to return kicks in highschool and nothing was worse than 2-3 unblocked guys running full speed at you with a good angle.

The quality of tackling is declining. I agree some changes for safety were needed, but they are really handicapping the defense with a lot of these rules which is damaging the game
