They can’t change the licensing issues, FIFA owns exclusive rights. As in they pay to use it, and no other game is allowed to. This is a fact any long-time PES player knows since PS1 days

The reason PES doesn't have all licenses, teams and players is known for many years since the PS1 days, I'm surprised you don't know about it. EA has the rights for FIFA and all it incorporates.

Yeah nobody can get away from not releasing full game (licensed) but however it is pes, my favorite game, who gave me the best childhood, And I truly believe that the konami team are really trying to give us what we want, and seeing that effects I just have to support them

Hey great review. Lots of information. Though I am stuck with fifa 17 and I can not decide what football game I should update to. I play mainly offline and latest fifa installments do not convince me. I also own Pes 19, because i really like how fluid pes gameplay looks like and i have been loving it but the issue with AI low crosses spam was just horrible and immersion breaking. I can't play pes 19 for more than 10 minutes due to it.
What would you recommend between pes 20 and pes 21?

Best Review😂😂😂 harsh truth konami has fallen and the fact that they have spent more time trying to create a entire new game is outrageous and no master league in efootball 22/23 and waiting even in 2024 thats just a very poor decision from konami

I do like playing PES but the only problem is that you can’t change the official kits. Nonetheless it’s a good game than FIFA 21.

The game is bad. I like to play master league on top player but in many matches the cpu turns to legend and the gameplay becomes unbearable. Your players don't move, they miss the easiest chances, they don't react. It's just horrible. And fifa sucks too

It makes me angry that they haven't got it right after all the years of development.Just hashing out the same formula. I just find it a frustrating experience to play. I'm gonna go back to 2017. Don't know much about 18, 19 or 20, but at least I have some fun playing it!
