Neat fact about the Beast Claw guy, he spawns in a certain bush in the woods and won’t move unless you approach the bush he is hiding in, like 5 or so meters. Around the area are shrines and body’s that have loot. When you pick up the item from said body or shrine a loud bird like noise will trigger and the beast claw guy will jump out of his bush and charge you. The guy set a trap for you to fall into. However most people don’t see this as often times you run into the bush before you find the traps.

I’m not sure what’s going on with people talking about not doing enough damage. I only experienced that until fragment level 5, I run a level 155 strength Faith build with 60 strength and 36 Faith with Crucible Incantations and dry leaf arts on NG+1. Bosses are kinda hell but nothing rot and light rolls with damage negation talismans can’t help. Buffs are a must imo it’s hard to do damage with some weapon types unless you have at least flame grant me strength
