Got mine 4 days ago in the same color and im in love! It's just a joy to look at and use.
The adaptive battery seems to have kicked in and ive been on mobile data only since 7 in the morning and now its nearly 4 o'clock and im at 54%. My p8p would've been almost dead by now

Have had my 9 PRO XL 512gb color since August 22nd..trade-in an iPhone 15 PRO Max and best decision ever. The Pixel does everything so smoothly and so well. Btw used the thermometer take temp of friends child and recorded fever temp so right away got meds...very handy. Use Gemini to summarize by unread emails, summarize YT videos, recipes..and so much more.

So just to let you know, when you are on the phone, most of the noise comes out on the far right side of the hole, if you look closer you can see exactly where the speaker actually is. It's weird but they have been doing this since the 6

I just bought one. Mainly because I got it almost for free with a subscription with a total cost of about 700 USD for two years subscription with the phone included. I went with a 9 PRO XL with 256GB of storage. Why I wouldn't pay more has to do with longevity. Taking high resolution pictures is a bit sluggish, isn't it? And it's so far behind the competetition in terms of processing power it's more comparable to a mid range phone from other brands in that regard. The main reason I got one was the price and that I usually don't play games. But if there will come out games I'd like to play in the future, I'm most likely screwed for not have gone with a snapdragon phone. Maybe I'll be using it for like 2 years before getting a new one once again with another deal like this. While the software support is 7 years, I don't know if you're really wanna use it for that long.

the main reason for a phone is to talk on a phone, and you just told me you have to angle the phone to hear sound on calls....that alone will turn me away from this phone. Guess i'm going with s24+ instead

A phone should not have issues with speaker placement or volume during calls. I would expect also everyday connectivity review, NFC review, face ID review, fingerprint review. Literally every video on youtube just reiterating same BS and counting pixel on photos with useless AI. Great, AI created image for me! Now I can die. Bullshit.

The last pixel I owned was the 6! Was so excited and ready to go Google. returned it 5-6 days later. Filled with bugs and stuttering software. I would try the pixel again because they worked it out so much further since the 6. But that’s like the one plus. Last op I used was the 8 because the screen would change from warm to cool just scrolling under same lighting conditions.

Google has very poor Face Recognition. NO FACE ID. Please don't encourage anyone to pay Google phones. The only good thing is battery.
