I've tried for a couple of years to fix this but to no avail. Every time I try I cannot use the reader and get an Adobe Reader Document popup, "There is a problem with Adobe Reader/. If it is running please exit and try again. (0:104). Going into Task Manager Adobe isn't found anywhere. So, for two years I've tried the method shown in this video and get nowhere. Even the Run-Save version but I'm told there is a newer version. Can't think of anything I haven't tried or where I haven't looked.

Any thoughts?
