There is going to be a catastrophic impact on the economy and housing that starts in late August early September and rapidly accellerates in the following months. Rental and mortgage default rates are going to skyrocket and the banks are eagerly waiting in the wings to foreclose and gather these properties. At the end of July the protections for the average American runs out unless more stimulus is approved. As always those with the means to weather out storms will be ok. Those without the means are going to get crushed.
