Here are the ingredients needed for my Spicy Rigatoni Arrabbiata:

10oz dried Penne or Rigatoni pasta
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
2 tablespoons chopped parsley, plus more to garnish
Salt and pepper
2 cups tomato puree or tomato sauce

I liked that you kept the 'parsley in the eye' accident in the video, like you've done with outtakes from some past not just about learning to be a better chef, but also to laugh and enjoy life in the process! :)

Arrabiata is one of my fave pasta dishes, I normally buy a shop bought sauce but this popped up on my YouTube as a suggestion and I am going to give it a go... Thank you.

Don't throw the pasta water down the drain, unless you save a couple of cups of it, you may need it to add to the sauce.

.. we do know of Ziti here in America.. Rigatoni here are much larger.. seems like youre using Ziti what we have here in the US.. my favorite.. other than Cavatappi.. which i use for alfredo..

Hey from the UK.. really enjoying your channel and material, you do make it look so easy! One question please, the links to any of the recipes don’t seem to work for me.. I am a complete novice so some of the measures would really help… BTW I also have your book!
