I own the same bow, and learned that you don't want veins on your arrows you want feather fletches. The black dragon bow does not have an arrow rest and that means that the rubber vein is going to make the arrow bounce off of the riser. Feathers will fold up against the arrow allowing for a straight flight. I hope that's helpful
