Explanation: there is someone behind the curtain on the right. That person sticks their hand and head out the window behind the curtain. This makes it look like someone is outside but they are actually a friend behind the curtain

Lol actually i find it to have that horror quality that big budget movies have been missing those last couple of decades. However, i have to be honest, the concept is textbook filmography. Its very good.

I'll preface this by saying I'm a "knower" but, I'd like to play devil's advocate and/or be objective for a second.
Barring the fact that this is purposely being staged to catch an issue that has been preceding and ongoing, why does he have a sock cap on at bed?
Again, there may be perfectly good explanations for the setup, the pillow less bed and, the man's attire for sleeping but, I would love a little more background before I pull the trigger on an opinion.
