Panipuri is India's most favorite street food of crispy, hollow, fried dough balls (puri) stuffed with boiled potatoes, boiled chickpeas, white peas curry (also known as ragda) together with spicy tangy water and a sweet chutney. With so many bursts of tastes and flavors in your mouth when you have pani puri, you just cannot have one . This Panipuri wala is very popular in Surat for serving a very unique version of this dish. He serves it with salad which add extra flavour to this dish.
Address : Ayush Pani Puri, Near Udhana Teen Rasta, Surat

15 RS per plate....each plate = 5 5000 puris sold in a plates....1000*15= 15000 RS earned per RS expenses per day approx....which means 10000 profit per day....nearly 3, 00, 000 RS per true that no work is small...and also that hard work certainly pays😇😊🖖

Actually these type of street foods are more better than 5 stars hotels, , because whatever they have, they do in front of our eyes. Not show off like big hotels. Taste also wonderful.

I travelled across India for 2 months in 2018 and I had pani puri in every city I visited ( my favorite street food ever), the best one i had was not the most expensive in a nice store but one in the middle of market in Rishikesh (old vendor with old bicycle). To judge from my experience, this one looks really good too. If there was no covid, I would be back to India in 2020 and did all the street food culinary again. Now all i could do is wishing that sometime soon i'll make it to go there.
