Doing a Green Juice cleanse! This is my first cleanse in about a year and figured I should do greens only. No sweet fruits, except for green apples (which is not that sweet to me!). I typically go for my sweet juices so I wanted to see what 10 days without them felt like.
Looking forward to seeing if any changes occur or if my sweet tooth declines a bit.
Stay tuned for day 2! And feel free to join or jump in anytime. You can do however long you want and do whatever juice cleanse you want to. I’m sure this one is about to be thought for me 😭😆 But we got this 💪🏾

I’m back on my water fast but it’s more spiritually oriented, so no scales. Today is day 13 of 40. The longest I’ve done is 21 😅 but so far so good.
