Start with the white side up if you want the colour on the inside of the flower, and start with the colour side up if you want the colour on the outside!

This is actually pretty genius! I know how to make origami lotus blossoms the regular way, but when I try to teach it to my little cousins they always struggle with the part where you peel back the petals. This is so much simpler, thanks for the video :)
