Only a short walk to the beach & this village features a dog park, greenhouse garden, and several community spaces. Beth has lived in her tiny house for almost 6 years, and she paid $80,000 at the time of purchase. Her home has versatility with a lofted and downstairs bedroom, as well as a luxury kitchen with so much storage!

I love the kitchen. She has lots of storage. I would prefer a larger living room, but the community she lives in has a large, communal living room, which is very attractive, for gatherings, so I guess she doesn't need it. I love the walking paths she further developed. Finally, it was very pleasant to listen to her: very clear, very consise, unexagerrated and to the point. Thank you.

I love this community and tiny home. Beth is so friendly! She's lucky she bought her home so long ago; it would be much more expensive now because you can tell it's quality built and has a lot of extra features. Beautiful!

Love the downstairs bed location. Males a lot of sense. Draw a curtain and you've got just about all the privacy you could want. Great for aging in place.

What a beautiful home. It's so well designed. I love all the finishes, especially the sea glass back splash. The color is wonderful. My favorite part is that Kai (who is gorgeous) has great spaces and that dog living is taken into consideration. Thanks for the tour!

I love that Beth showed us around the exterior and all the hooks up, which is very helpful for us who are learning. I love what she said about friendly "Kaia" being so interested in other dogs in the dog park at all hours - that she embraces it and allows her to be her own dog. That's very sweet - a great dog mom!! We need more animal people like her!
