Walmart | Dollar Tree Diy Jewelry Display Stand

In this Walmart | Dollar Tree Jewelry Display Stand, I take a picture frame and wooden dowels spray paint and dry brush them. Next I add felt and sponge rollers to design a custom jewelry display/organizer. I show how easy and inexpensive it is to decorate using this diy jewelry display. This functional jewelry display adds beauty to your decor.

I'm a little confused on the bits. 5/8ths is bigger than 7/16ths. Did you use the 7/16ths first?
