Usually when your skin peels off your knuckles and it rips off the skin that comes back is harder and thicker, also if you leave the skin a new one grows under it (thats my theory at least)

I had large calloused knuckles in my 20s. Now they’re unremarkable at almost 60 yrs. That said, my nan (grandmother) used to remark that they looked like a baboons arse 😂

Obviously he was punching something stronger than bone which will leak calcium the calcium will harm and that's how you get bigger knuckles how do I know this because I'm a boxer and I also study anatomy💚💯🙊🙉🙈 if you're trying to punch really hard and most efficiently of course they should be part of your training regimen why do you think Muay Thai boxers kick bamboo trees I believe?
