Great stream again. You're absolutely right that the A9 is not for only sports phographers (mark I), and at its current price, it's going to make a lot of enthusiast photographers happy. I love the concept of that new Samsung S11 telephoto lens.

enjoyed the show David... & yes I need to shoot a little less shallow .. I ruined some cool fashion shots shooting wide open, her face was in focus but her lower legs were not.. i'll post it later in week as an example of this to show other not to make the same mistake..

Mark Faust got it right, "A9 2020 Olympics edition" would have been the perfect name. And it would have added collectors value to the camera as well. It would have justified the higher price better; etc.

Sony should have a hybrid King camera. An A10! All the coming video centric improvements for the A7SIII and improvements over A9II (256GB built in memory with endless custom settings and menus that don't get deleted when you format card or drive, flippy screen of course, higher res screen and VF) incorporated into an A10 . It should be the king in every category.

... great live stream David and I love the Sigma 35/1.2 on my a7R IV for portraits and videos. But in case of street photography the Sony FE 35/1.8 is more than enough ...

I will be seriously considering that sigma camera if Sony make the a7siii another boring uninspired update like all the other cameras they have released this year

The reason why Sony didn't release the A7Siii is because it would kill FX9...just my opinion.
